In El Jisu Restaurant we want to offer a small variety of homemade dishes made with products from Cantabria.
In order to this, we put at your disposal a Lebaniego Menu, which price is 17 € per person, that is composed of Chickpeas Stew and Soufflé Mirengue floating on Mustard Cream.
The Chickpeas Stew begins with a Soup and later Chickpeas are eaten with the Meat, Chorizo (Spanish Red Sausage), Black pudding and Cured Ham.
The Canonigo is the tipical dessert of Liebana, this made of the Egg Whites cooked in the Oven on Custard Cream.

The Restaurant Timetable is: Lunch from 13:30. At 16:00 And dinners from 8:30 p.m. until 22:00
From October until March, the Restaurant just is opened on the week end (friday, saturday and sunday)
